I ordered in early October 2023 and have not received the delivery so far. If you contact me, I was supposed to wait until the end of December of the previous year, but now it’s the end of March, so it’s really frustrating. I sent you an e-mail about the refund process, but there was no answer. I think it’s too much of a response to ask you to wait even after 4 months of ordering. I’m really disappointed.
I know this post is not related to new Bubble nano, but I’m affraid I’m in the same situation as a1125-0529 comment.
I recently ordered a bubble nano since it shows as it is in stock and I previously bought a bubble mini at this same website. The credit card was already charged, the order is still on “processing” status, I just got confirmation email that you received the ordered but there’s not information at all in the website about the estimated times for shipping or when the order is considered accepted… nothing.
I also sent email with no answer and even called that contact phone and somebody picked up but seemed not to understand a word when I complained about my order status.
I just hope this page is not a fraud
